Our kitchen paper towel holder is not on the top ten list of Mrs McMike’s favorite details in our home.
It’s probably the least favorite if she takes the last paper towel, which is why I often find one towel on it. :)
What’s there not to love?
Center lock nut = Quick!
Safety clip = Safe!
Maybe I should should show her some five lug paper towel holders, that may convince her how much quicker this is.

If you go five lug, make sure that you have at least one locking nut on it so that no one can steak your paper towels.

Mine isn’t secured and could easily fly off at moderate speeds. Still find it empty often.

I clicked the star about 20 times because that’s how I feel about the entirety of this post.

I think I would trust this more than a locking nut.

If your paper towel roll isn’t trying to kill you... you might be doing it wrong.

You’re missing the point, McMike. All she really wants is an extra man over the wall to disengage the lock pin before she hits it with the air wrench.

That’s a pretty sweet paper towel holder!

Same here.

We talked about that the other day. It doesn’t matter how easy/hard it is to replace the roll, or how far away the closet is the new roll is stored..
That last paper towel is the longest lasting paper towel.

Wow, I don’t remember it being that expensive 10 years ago.

I'm not surprised they're that expensive machining those wheel nuts like that is complicated.
